We have big plans to expand access to oral health care in 2024 - but we can't do it alone.

We are pledging to deliver on our mission to improve oral health care for all New Yorkers through the following initiatives in 2024:

Coordinating free dental care for Veterans across the state all year long through our Salute Vets with a Smile program;
Piloting the My Healthy Smile NY program to expand access to oral health care with Community Dental Health Coordinators (CDHC's);
Underwriting Oral Cancer Awareness efforts to include screening events and promotion of the HPV vaccination; and
Engaging dental students and residents with volunteer and mentorship opportunities through the Champions for Change program.

Every dollar donated to the #GivingToothday campaign on November 28, 2023 will help bolster these initiatives and provide crucial funding to propel New York State to the forefront of innovative and compassionate oral health care for the vulnerable and underserved.
